Our employees are eligible for both medical and dental insurance through E.E. Reed. We offer comprehensive plans for you and your immediate family. If you elect to participate, your insurance coverage begins after approximately 30 days of employment, so you don’t have to wait long to enjoy the benefits. We also provide life insurance to help protect your family’s future.
We Provide Time Off
We believe our hardworking employees deserve time off from their jobs to reenergize and reconnect. That’s why we have nine paid holidays during the calendar year, and provide paid time off (PTO). Beginning on your first day, you will earn three weeks of PTO for vacation, sick and personal days per year, and once your tenure reaches 10+ years, PTO increases!
