It was a battle of the bands representing design, construction and real estate firms in the Washington DC region, benefiting the Washington Humane Society – Washington Animal Rescue League.
The event was held Thursday, April 14th at the Howard Theatre and was a huge success!
E.E. Reed Construction was just awarded the AOL, Inc. – Steve Case Center Renovation project. The project is an 80,000 SF, multi-floor, Renovation located in Dulles, Virginia.
E.E. Reed Construction was awarded the National Business Park #540, Annapolis, Maryland. Construction of New 5 Story Office Building with Structural Steel Frame, and Precast Concrete and Curtainwall/Storefront façade. Includes shell MEP improvements, 3 new machine-room-less traction elevators, elevator lobbies with finishes, and main entrance lobby finishes. Site work includes development of 17 acres including all site utilities, electrical duct banks, and asphalt parking for 580 vehicles. Project is designed to LEED Silver.
