Four phase 11,925 SF exterior and interior renovation of the Country Club’s patio, restaurant, bar, banquet areas, and grounds. The club maintained operation throughout the estimated four months of construction, including its kitchen. EE Reed will gave a luxurious 21st century update to the existing facilities, built out of an old barn house. EE Reed self-performed the demolition of the existing expansive concrete patio and its replacement, as well as a large portion of the required site work.
