Two Buildings totaling 178,000 Square Feet, Tilt-Wall, Office/Distribution Center. Dulles Summit was also constructed with an aggressive schedule with building occurring during the winter months of 2011/2012. E.E. Reed was able to control the schedule and manage a major redesign requirement for the primary electrical and power upgrade due to tenant demands while still providing the highest quality by having our own in-house Crews perform all concrete activities. The project was delivered on-time and within budget.
