Interior finishes/construction to include porcelain tile floors with recycled glass terrazzo, wood framed walls with wood trusses & glue lams. The second building is a dining hall with porcelain tile floors and full service kitchen. Site improvements to include pervious pavement and site utility reconfiguration.
