Gloria Westerman
Vice President, Human Resources
Gloria joined E.E. Reed Construction – East Coast in 2023 and serves as Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, she leads company-wide initiatives that support employee welfare, engagement, and organizational alignment. Her responsibilities span strategic leadership, policy and compliance, talent acquisition and development, compensation and benefits, and operational excellence.
With 17 years of experience, Gloria brings a dynamic background shaped by international work in IT and entrepreneurship. After living overseas and founding two successful businesses, she discovered her passion for cultivating supportive, growth-oriented environments.That passion led her into human resources, where she has contributed to team development and helped foster strong, communicative workplace cultures.
Gloria holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Math and Computer Science from Heidelberg University. She lives on 20 acres in northern Virginia with her husband John and black cat Mongy. She enjoys hiking, exploring nature, and adventuring with her family.
