Shannon Kuali’i, LEED AP, CDCM

Vice President

Shannon Kuali`i joined E.E. Reed Construction – East Coast in 2008 and currently serves as Vice President of Base Building Operations. In this role her responsibilities include business development, pre-construction, and operations management.  In addition, she provides project executive oversight, which includes quality control, safety, cost management, subcontractor and client relations, and employee training. Shannon has over 17 years of industry experience.

Shannon’s career brings a depth of knowledge from her extensive experience in project management. From her start in the industry as a project engineer through her time as a Sr. project manager, Shannon gained experience in client relations, estimating, project document control, subcontractor procurement and cost management. As a project manager, Shannon excelled as her attention to detail resulted in successful projects across a broad spectrum, including public sector, higher education, and mission critical facilities. Prior to her promotion to Vice President, Shannon was acting as a Senior Project Manager for E.E. Reed Construction – East Coast.

Shannon is affiliated with the Association of Builders and Contractors, NAIOP, CREW, and 7×24 Exchange.  She holds professional accreditations including LEED AP and Certified Data Center Manager (CDCM).

She lives in Arlington, Virginia, with husband, Soup, and two children: Jaden and Kai`a. When not working, she enjoys being active with her family, golfing, hiking, snowboarding, traveling, and learning new skills such as dancing hula and playing the ukulele.
