JC Roussel

Vice President – Savannah

With over 23 years in the construction industry, JC Roussel has built a robust career rooted in plumbing and HVAC expertise. He joined E.E. Reed in 2018 and currently serves as Vice President, where he leads business development, pre-construction efforts, and operations management of our Savannah office. His role encompasses project executive oversight, ensuring quality control, safety, cost management, and fostering strong subcontractor and client relationships while also prioritizing employee training.

JC’s journey in construction began at 17 as a plumbing apprentice. After completing his apprenticeship and earning his Journeyman license, he advanced to Project Foreman. His dedication led him to acquire a Master’s in Plumbing & HVAC from Algonquin College, along with additional certifications in Steam Fitting, Natural Gas, Medical Gas, and Oil. His impressive background includes managing significant commercial and industrial projects, including a notable $36 billion oil plant project in Fort McMurray, Alberta.

Driven by a passion for construction, JC believes that attention to detail is crucial for success. He resides in Savannah, GA, with his wife and three children. In his personal time, he enjoys watching sports (Go Dolphins!), fishing, spending time outdoors, traveling, and golfing. An interesting fact about JC: he competed in the National Championship for bowling in 1998, earning a bronze medal and missing first place by just 14 pins.
